Thinking about keeping ramen in the gear stash. Sure, it ain't the most nutrient-rich, but man, it's cheap and can fill you up. I've got a few cases tucked away but just how long are they good after the date? Plus, any tips on better storage than just leaving 'em in the box? Anyone else mixing ramen into their long-term plans? Seems like they outlast their expiration, right?
