Remember Your First Handgun? Do You Still Have It?

What was your first handgun? Do you still hang onto it, or has it moved on to a new owner? I'd love to hear your stories and see some photos if you've got them!

Steyer GB in 1984. Found some additional mags about a year ago at a local gun auction. Mags were crazy (by my standards) expensive though as rare.

My first was a Sheridan Knockabout single shot .22. I'd still have it if some a$$holes hadn't broken into my house and stole it along with several long guns. I got all of them back but the pistol, which they apparently tossed into a pond. I also had a High Standard Double Nine back in the day. I really can't recall which I got first, but the Double Nine didn't stay with me too long. Accuracy was not really its thing, so we parted ways pretty shortly.
