A quick search brought up gun clubs in Glenwood, corning, and I think Bedford...

Yeah, Glenwood is a 140 mile round trip, Corning is shotgun only, Bedford ...I can't find any info on it despite it only being 3 miles away.

Taylor County Conservation Board properties allow shooting in some spots, but your best bet is calling the county office directly. Access rules change seasonally and with little notice.
