Cell phone use when driving MUST be handsfree. If your vehicle doesn't have that option, put it down and don't touch it!

Iowans age 18-20 MAY own and carry handguns.
However the federal law still stands that it is 21 to purchase from a licensed dealer.

Not a finable offence until 01/01/2026. Until then just warnings. Don't look for any change in habits till they get hit with the $100+ fine.
