In cold weather, have you found that hollow points show any signs of feeding issues while shooting?

Never had a feed issue. The only issue I've ever had with HP 9mm rounds isn't weather related. I test them with water jugs and I've had some that have very inconsistent expansion. One will blow the jug apart, the next will just icepick right through without doing that much damage. I tend to carry Hornady CD because it's accurate and reliable and while it doesn't expand the most, it's very consistent. SIG V-Crown seems good too but I haven't denim tested it yet

Hello Alan. You didn't state a caliber, so , are you generalizing across all calibers. I have shot 22, 22mag, 9mm, 38, 357 and 45acp hollow points in cold weather using a multitude of manufacturers and have never had any weather related issues. I have seen problems with different manufacturers, usually across specific lots. I'm curious to hear if anyone has run into weather related issues. I will also add that none of my practice shooting was done below 20 degrees if that makes a difference.
